Place the oats and apple juice in a bowl and soak for 1 hour, or overnight.
Add grated apple, yoghurt and lemon juice to the oat mixture and mix well.
Spoon into serving bowls and top with fruit. Drizzle with honey.

¼ cup mixed berries
2 tbsp honey
