Banana Oat Pancakes

  • 250g White's Jumbo Organic Oats
  • 300ml almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  1. Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. When the pancake batter is combined, heat a little oil in a large frying pan.
  3. Take 2 tablespoons of the batter and place it on the frying pan. Cook for a few minutes.
  4. When air bubbles begin to appear it's time to flip the pancake over. Cook on the other side for a few minutes. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
