Overnight Oats Recipes

Peach, Chia & Hazelnut Overnight Oats

Overnight oats, also known as bircher muesli, makes the perfect summertime breakfast.

There are so many different recipes out there, but if you get the basics right, you can make it any which way you like.

Put your own twist on it and add your favourite fruits, nuts and spices to create something you’ll love.


  • 80g White’s Organic jumbo oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 300ml milk (dairy alternatives such as oat, coconut or almond milk also work well)
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp roasted chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • zest of one orange
  • honey or maple syrup to serve (optional)


  1. Combine the oats, chia seeds and orange zest with a pinch of sea salt in an airtight container and cover in milk. Stir well to combine the ingredients and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. Preheat your oven to 180C. Slice the peaches and put on a baking tray. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the top and mix well. Bake for 20minutes or so until they start to caramelise, soften and sweeten.
  3. Divide the overnight oats between two bowls and serve topped with the baked peaches and chopped hazelnuts.
  4. Tip- pop the mixture into a glass jar and take with you to work, school or college. Also great for summer picnics
