Strawberry & Raspberry Overnight Bircher Muesli

Muesli is a wonderful natural raw cereal and can be added with a number of different ingredients to make a nutritional powerhouse breakfast like this overnight oat recipe below. Simply prep the night before and you’re ready to grab n’ go. 

Serves 1


  • 45g White’s Organic Oat Muesli Fruit and Nut Goodness
  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
  • ¼ tsp ground sweet cinnamon
  • 1 rounded tablespoon Greek style natural yoghurt
  • 2-3 strawberries, quartered
  • 25g raspberries
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds
  • 1 tsp honey or agave nectar


1. Place White’s Organic muesli in a clip top jar.

 2. Add the milk and cinnamon and stir until thoroughly combined.

 3. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight.

 4. In the morning, stir in the yogurt and top with the fruit, seeds and a drizzle of honey or agave nectar.
