Chocolate and Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

A chocolatey, peanut-buttery overnight oats recipe that keeps you full all morning. Made with White’s Choco Boost Protein Oats, this is a high-protein breakfast that feels indulgent but fuels you properly, a real morning mood booster.

Ingredients

Oat base:

• 50g White’s Choco Boost Protein Oats

• 120ml milk of choice

Toppings:

• ½ banana, sliced

• Peanut butter

• Pinch of sea salt

Healthier Chocolate ganache:

• 1 tbsp Nutella

• 1 tbsp Greek yogurt

Method

  1. Mix the oats: Add the choco boost protein oats and milk to a bowl or jar and mix well.
  2. Add the toppings: Add a layer of sliced banana, a spoonful of peanut butter and a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Make the chocolate ganache: Melt the Nutella in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir in the Greek yogurt until smooth and ganache-like.
  4. Assemble & chill: Spoon the ganache on top, add another pinch of sea salt and let it set in the fridge for 1–3 hours — or leave overnight for the next morning.
