Try this indulgent and warming breakfast porridge recipe. The perfect breakfast to start your St. Patrick's day celebrations.
- Place 30g of White’s Organic Jumbo Oats into a saucepan
- Add 250mls of milk or water and stir.
- Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 7 minutes until all the liquid has absorbed, stirring occasionally:
- Remove from heat, and allow to stand for 1 minute
St Patrick’s Day serving suggestion:
- Serve porridge in a breakfast bowl
- Add 25mls of cream and a measure of Irish whiskey to bowl
- Add brown sugar to top according to taste
