There’s no better way to start your day than with a bowl of Creamy Berry & Seed Porridge – creamy, fruity, and packed with whole berries and crunchy seeds for natural goodness in every spoonful. With of 4.9g of fibre per serve, it’s wholesome, satisfying and full of feel-good flavour
For the porridge
100g White's Oats Berry & Seed Porridge Oats
690ml milk
1 pinch of salt
To serve
Greek yoghurt
Fresh berries
Peanut butter
Mixed seeds
1. To make the porridge, place the White’s Oats Berry & Seed Porridge Oats in a saucepan and add the milk and a pinch of salt.
2. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time and watching carefully that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pot.
3. Divide the porridge between two bowls and top with a dollop of Greek yoghurt, fresh berries, a drizzle of peanut butter, and pumpkin seeds.
