Berry Cheesecake Power Balls

Looking for a quick, energising snack? Try these Berry Cheesecake Power Balls! Naturally high in protein, fibre and flavour, these oat power balls make it easy to fuel your day the natural way.

Ingredients

180g White’s Oats Berry Boost Protein Oats (roughly 7 scoops)

90g ground almond

60g cream cheese, at room temperature

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp milk (regular or plant-based will work)

Method

1. Line a plate or baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

2. Mix the White’s Oats Berry Boost Protein Oats and ground almond together in a large bowl.

3. Add the cream cheese, honey and vanilla, and mix to form a dough.

4. If the mixture is dry, add a tablespoon of milk at a time until it’s malleable.

5. Shape the mix into roughly one-inch balls, and place them onto the lined baking tray as you work.

6. Enjoy the balls immediately. Keep in in an airtight container in the fridge to snack on later.
