Ingredients

  • 1 cup White's Jumbo Organic Oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional, depending on your sweetness preference)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: chopped hazelnuts, desiccated coconut, and a sprinkle of cinnamon

Method

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl or a jar, combine the White's Jumbo Organic Oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix Well: Stir the ingredients until well combined, ensuring that the oats are fully immersed in the liquid.
  3. Cover and Refrigerate: Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Let it sit overnight or for at least 4-6 hours to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
  4. Serve: The next morning, give the mixture a good stir. If the oats are too thick, you can add a little more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Add Toppings: Top your cinnamon overnight oats with chopped nuts, desiccated coconut and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon for added flavour.
  6. Enjoy: Your delicious and creamy cinnamon overnight oats are ready to be enjoyed!
