Overnight Oats Recipes

Pear and Blackberry Overnight Oats

5 minutes prep. Leave to soak overnight.

We love using seasonal ingredients to spice up our porridge recipes. Check out this tasty recipe for overnight pear and blackberry oats to make the most of seasonal blackberries.


  • Half a cup of White's Speedicook Porridge Oats
  • 2 x Table spoons of apple juice
  • Half a ripe pear
  • 4 tablespoons of low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of agave nectar
  • 1 lemon-finely grated zest
  • 20g (2oz) blackberries
  • 1 tbsps flaked almonds, toasted
  • A generous portion of White's Granola


  1. Using a Screw topped jam jar or small Kilner jar add approximately half a cup of oats, two tablespoons of apple juice 75ml cold water and mix together. Pop it in your fridge overnight.
  2. The next day, quarter, core and coarsely grate half a pear and stir into the oat mixture with the yoghurt, agave nectar and lemon zest.
  3. Add some more pear, Scatter over your blackberries, flaked almonds and some White’s Oats Granola. Seal and take to work - perfect food on the go…
