Biscoff Overnight Oats

Lotus Biscoff Spread is delicious. It is great in desserts like cheesecake and brownies, it is great on toast, crumpets and bagels. It is also great eaten directly out of the jar with a spoon - don’t pretend like you haven’t done it. So of course it is also delicious when combined with porridge oats.

Dry Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon of plain or greek yoghurt

Biscoff Spread

  • 1 tablespoon of Lotus Biscoff Spread
  • 1 teaspoon of milk of your choice

Biscoff topping

  • 1 Lotus Biscoff Biscuit


  • Gather and measure all your ingredients
  • Mix the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder in a bowl or jar. Add in your preferred milk, and 1 tablespoon of the yoghurt and stir until well combined.
  • Once well combined, let sit for 5 minutes.
  • In a seperate bowl mix the Lotus Biscoff spread with 1 teaspoon of milk to smooth it out. Once you have got a nice thick and running consistency add the Biscoff Spread on top of the overnight oats mixture.
  • Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and leave in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning crumble over the Lotus Biscoff Biscuit.
  • Enjoy immediately.
