White's Oats


Maple & Pecan Flapjacks

200g White’s Organic Jumbo Oats

2 x bananas, peeled and mashed

80g coconut oil, melted

100g maple syrup

100g pecans, chopped (plus a few extras for adding on top)

Pinch of salt

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease and line a square baking tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash two bananas.
  3. Then add remainder of ingredients and mix well.
  4. Place into the prepared tin and press down firmly. Place a few extra whole pecans on top of the mixture and press down.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and then remove from the tin. Slice into squares and enjoy!
