Soft poached pears and plump juicy blackberries are the perfect match to this lightly cinnamon spiced apple porridge.
- 1 large pear, halved, cored and cut into 6 wedges
- 85g (3oz) blackberries
- 150ml apple juice
- 1 mint sprig, plus a few leaves for decoration
- 100g (4oz) White's Organic Jumbo Oats
- 700ml sweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 red skinned apple, coarsely grated
- 2 tbsp White's Apple, Cranberry and Raspberry Granola (optional)
