The Role:

• Co-ordinate the delivery of oats from farm to mill;
• Develop supply chain standards;
• Inspect crops prior to harvest and on farm sampling post-harvest;
• Send detailed report of oat quality results to growers;
• Coordinate White’s grower survey, analyse and report results back to growers;
• Monitor crops throughout the season.

The Person:

· An agricultural background with the ability to display good practical knowledge of the arable sector,

· Hold a full driver’s license;

· Be IT Literate;

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with farmers; Show attention to detail and accuracy of record keeping

Preference will be given to candidates with

• Have a third level qualification in Agriculture;
• Experience in a similar role.
