- 300g White’s Organic Jumbo Oats
- 120g maple syrup
- 80g coconut oil, melted
- 3 pears, peeled, de-cored & diced finely
- Pinch of salt
- 50g high quality dark chocolate

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease and line a square baking tin.
- Peel, de-core and dice pears.
- Melt coconut oil either on the hob in a saucepan or briefly in the microwave.
- Add oats, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, prepared pears and pinch of salt to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Place into the prepared tin and press down firmly.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over flapjacks.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!
