250g White's Jumbo Organic Oats
300ml almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1 ripe banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- When the pancake batter is combined, heat a little oil in a large frying pan.
- Take 2 tablespoons of the batter and place it on the frying pan. Cook for a few minutes.
- When air bubbles begin to appear it's time to flip the pancake over. Cook on the other side for a few minutes. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
