Ingredients
- 2 cups Whites Speedicook Porridge Oats
- 1 cup 8 fl.oz apple juice
- 1 cup coarsely grated apple
- 115g/125ml natural yoghurt
- Juice 1 lemon
- ½ cup sliced peaches and nectarines
- ¼ cup mixed berries
- 2 tbsp honey
Method
Place the oats and apple juice in a bowl and soak for 1 hour, or overnight. Add grated apple, yoghurt and lemon juice to the oat mixture and mix well. Spoon into serving bowls and top with fruit. Drizzle with honey.
