Ingredients
  • 2 cups Whites Speedicook Porridge Oats
  • 1 cup 8 fl.oz apple juice
  • 1 cup coarsely grated apple
  • 115g/125ml natural yoghurt
  • Juice 1 lemon
  • ½ cup sliced peaches and nectarines
  • ¼ cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method

Place the oats and apple juice in a bowl and soak for 1 hour, or overnight. Add grated apple, yoghurt and lemon juice to the oat mixture and mix well. Spoon into serving bowls and top with fruit. Drizzle with honey.
